What do you need to set up?

For Full Cart service we need a 8x8 plot of level ground with access to electrical plugs on a dedicated circuit. We need an ADA accessible path from the car to the set up space. We can set up inside or out, depending on weather. For Iced Drink service we need a table or space to set up a table and easy access from our car to the set up space. Most importantly we need customers excited to drink delicious coffee!

Where can I come get coffee from you?

You can come see us Fridays&Saturdays 9-4 and Sundays 10-4 at our coffee shop on 176 Lyday Loop Pisgah Forest NC. Visit out coffee shop page here!

What type of events do you service?

We only service Pre Paid events at this time. We service anything from weddings and parties to corporate and staff events. We offer our Full Cart service with hot and iced drinks from our full menu and an Iced Drinks service with a more limited menu. To learn more visit our Booking Info & Pricing page!

What Decaffeinated options do you have?

We offer a decaf espresso and coffee alternatives such as peppermint tea and steamers. If you are looking for something that isn’t coffee but does have caffeine we offer matcha and chai.

How many baristas work each event?

LOOPED coffee is owned, run, and barista’d by one person, JJ (me)! While I am the only person on the LOOPED team and bartista’ing your event, I have a lot of support from my friends & family and i’m so grateful to have them as my “unofficial” team!

What areas do you service/ how far will you travel?

We service most of WNC and Upstate South Carolina. We would love to work with you to service your event so please don’t hesitate to contact us at loopedcoffee@gmail.com!

How does pricing work?

We have a whole page dedicated to booking and how we price events! Linked Here ! In short we charge each event based on the specifications given using an equation. Each contract will come with a detailed break down of cost in our equation.
